We take pure maple syrup and boil it down, once reached a certain temperature we stir it until the sugars naturally become granulated. Great as a 1:1 substitute to white sugar. Best in baked goods, coffee, tea, sprinkled over hot cereals, and anywhere you would use sugar. As soon as you open a jar, you get a delicious whiff of our Vermont maple that will surely make your mouth water. Enjoy!
